We made grape seed oil from the pomace of Akiu Winery's Chardonnay. Grapeseed oil is an oil extracted by squeezing grape seeds, and contains many nutrients such as vitamin E and oleic acid, and is expected to have health benefits such as antioxidant effects. Please enjoy the fresh flavor with a fruity aroma achieved by low-temperature pressing.

First, drizzle a little on bread and enjoy the oil itself...!

A sprig goes well with wine, such as prosciutto, smoked salmon, or cheese.
This oil can be enjoyed in a wide range of applications, including salads and as a flavoring for cooking.
