Shipping charges for orders placed from October to May. Cool delivery charges for orders placed from June to September.
Orders placed between June and September will be shipped via refrigerated delivery.
If you specify a delivery date that spans across a shipping fee changeover month, the shipping fee for the month of order will apply.
Free shipping is available for orders of 6 or more bottles of wine (750ml) or orders with a total product weight of 6.651kg or more, delivered to a single address.
Please note that if your package is returned due to the expiration of the storage period at the delivery company because you are away for an extended period, you will be charged for the return shipping fee and the redelivery fee.
For items with free shipping, an additional shipping fee will be charged for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands. We will contact you with the final price after you place your order.
