• The consumption tax on alcoholic beverages such as wine is 10%, the consumption tax on general merchandise is also 10%, and the consumption tax on food products is 8%.

About Membership Registration

If you register as a member on this site and make a purchase, you will receive 1% in points. These points can be used for future purchases at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

How to register as a member

1. Please click the person-shaped icon (My Account button) at the top of the site.
   
2. Please click "Create an account".
   
3. On the account creation screen, please enter your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, and password.
   Clicking the "Create" button will return you to the top page, so please log in again with the account information you just created.
   

How to use points

1. After logging in, a "Current Points" button will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
   Clicking here will allow you to check your current membership rank and current points balance.
   
2. You can use your points for shopping by entering the number of points in the "Points to use" field and clicking the "Use" button.
   

How to order

Open online store

Please click "Online Store" in the navigation menu at the top of the site.
Our category menu includes options for all products, red wine, white wine, sparkling wine, rosé wine, cider, food products, general merchandise, gift options, and shipping information.
If you know the category, please search for the product on the respective category page.

Open product page

Once you've decided on the items you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
This item has now been added to your shopping cart.

To proceed to checkout, please click "View Cart" located directly below the "Add to Cart" button, or the "View Cart" icon in the navigation bar at the top of the site.

If you wish to purchase other items, please click "Continue Shopping" or click "Online Store" in the navigation bar at the top of the site to access the online store page and browse other products.

Add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart and open the cart screen.

We will ask for your date of birth, so please enter your date of birth.

There is a section that says, "Purchasing or consuming alcohol is prohibited by law for those under 20 years of age. Please check the box if you are 20 years of age or older." If you are 20 years of age or older, please check the box and click the "OK" button.

*This website is for customers aged 20 and over only. Please note that those under 19 years of age cannot make purchases.

Please provide the following information: Remarks, message card content, desired delivery date, and desired delivery time.

As this website is going paperless, we do not include invoices (delivery slips) with your order. Please check your order confirmation email for details. If you require a receipt, please indicate this in the comments section.

If you would like to order a message card, please add the message card to your cart.

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please enter them on this shopping cart screen.

Please note that if your package is returned due to the expiration of the storage period at the delivery company because you are away for an extended period, you will be charged for the return shipping fee and the redelivery fee.

Open the checkout screen

Checkout means confirming your payment and shipping method. Please proceed to the checkout screen to complete your purchase.

1. Please click the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart screen.
2. Please enter your contact information.
   *If you are a registered member but not logged in, the "Log in" button will be displayed here. Logging in will automatically fill in your basic information.
   *After logging in, the input fields will be the same, but the wording will be slightly different.
   
3. Enter your shipping address.
4. Once you enter your delivery address, you can choose your shipping method. Shipping is free for orders of 6 bottles or more of wine, or 6.651 kg or more, however, this may not be automatically applied. Even in such cases, you can manually select free shipping in the shipping method selection to ensure free shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to check this before placing your order.
   
5. Enter your payment method. The payment methods are as follows:
   

   Credit card payment

   We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB cards.

   Bank transfer

   Please transfer the payment to the bank account listed below within one week.
   Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
