About Membership Registration

If you sign up as a member on this site and shop, you will receive 1% points. From your next purchase onwards, you can use 1 point for 1 yen.

How to register

1. Click on the person icon (My Account button) at the top of the site.
   
2. Click on "Create an account".
   
3. On the screen to create an account, please enter your name (first name), last name, email address, date of birth, and password.
   When you click the "Create" button, you will be returned to the top page, where you will need to log in using the account information you just created.
   

How to use points

1. After logging in, the "Current points owned" button will appear at the bottom right of the screen.
   Click to check your current membership rank and current points.
   
2. You can use your points for shopping by entering the number of points you want to use in the "Points to Use" field and clicking the "Use" button.
   

how to order

Open an online store

Click on "Online Store" from the navigation menu at the top of the site.
The category menu includes all products, red wine, white wine, sparkling wine, rosé wine, cider, food, miscellaneous goods, gift options, and shipping fees.
If you know the category, please search for the product on each category page.

Open the product page

Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
This item has now been added to your shopping cart.

To proceed to checkout, click "View Cart" just below the "Add to Cart" button or the "View Cart" icon above the navigation at the top of the site.

If you would like to purchase other items, click "Continue Shopping" or click "Online Store" in the top navigation to view our Online Store page and search for other items.

Add all the items you want to purchase to your cart and open the cart screen.

You will be asked for your date of birth, so please enter your date of birth.

There is a section that reads, "Purchasing and drinking alcohol under the age of 20 is prohibited by law. Please read the precautions and check the box if you are 20 years of age or older." If you are over 20 years of age, please check the box and click the "OK" button.

*Only those 20 years of age or older can shop on this site. Please note that those under 19 years of age cannot make purchases.

As this website is paperless, we do not enclose an invoice. Please check the order confirmation email. If you would like a receipt enclosed, please indicate so in the comments section.

If you would like to order a message card, please enter the message card content in this shopping cart screen.

If you would like to specify a desired delivery date and time, please enter it on this cart screen.

Open the checkout screen

Checking out means finalizing your payment and shipping options, and then proceeding to the checkout screen to complete your purchase.

1. Click the "Checkout" button on the cart screen.
2. Please enter your contact details.
   *If you are already registered but are not logged in, the "Log in" button will be displayed here. By logging in, your basic information will be entered.
   *After logging in, the input items will be the same but the notation will change slightly.
   
3. Enter your shipping address
4. Once you have entered your delivery address, you will be able to choose your delivery method. Please select your preferred method. Shipping is free for orders of 6 bottles or more of wine or 6.651 kg or more, but this may not be automatically applied. In that case, you can manually select free shipping when selecting the delivery method, and shipping will be free. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to check before placing your order.
   
   
5. Enter your payment method. Payment methods are as follows:

6. Enter your billing address If your shipping address and billing address are the same, select "Same as shipping address." If your shipping address and billing address are different, select "Use a different billing address" and enter your billing address information.
   
7. Confirm your order Click the "Complete Order" or "Pay Now" button to confirm your order.
