After fermentation, racking was kept to a minimum and the clear lees were left to age in tanks for seven months.The wine has a fresh aroma of Japanese pear, green apple, and sweet orange, along with a clean citrus-like acidity and lively fruitiness.
As the temperature rises, the rich aroma that was transferred from the lees to the wine during brewing rises,
It leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
