Once you take a bite, you'll be drawn into a demonic world and won't be able to stop.
We want our customers to enjoy this addictive masterpiece.
The "Demon World Olive" series was named with this idea in mind.

"White Dashi Olive" is made by soaking olives in a white dashi liquid that combines two types of dashi: flavorful bonito dashi and Rishiri kelp dashi, which is characterized by its refined flavor. The result is a light flavor that brings out the flavor of the olives and the dashi.
The aroma of olives and moderate saltiness are followed by a soft aroma of dashi, making it a simple yet addictive dish.

In addition to being enjoyed as is as a snack with white wine, you can also use it in a variety of different dishes, such as making pickles by adding paprika to the dipping liquid, making sea bream pickles with sea bream sashimi and chopped olives, or making ajillo with octopus and broccoli.
