Muscat Bailey A grapes, carefully cultivated by contract farmers in Tendo City and Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture.
I used it. It has a fresh berry scent, a juicy aroma of red fruit, and a sweet, ripe scent.
You can also faintly sense the refreshing aroma of herbs and spices.

In hot weather, chill it slightly and pair it with Chinese food or spicy ethnic dishes.
In colder seasons, enjoy it with light stews made with pork or chicken.
