Grown with care by contract farmers in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture,
This year's new wine is made using fully ripened Muscat Bailey A grapes harvested in October.
With its vibrant ruby ​​color, a sweet aroma of strawberries and raspberries gently wafts through the air.
A delicate nuance, like that of a violet, gently accompanies it.
The light mouthfeel and lively acidity enhance the fruitiness, and a youthful, fresh taste spreads throughout the mouth. Serve slightly chilled with Caprese or light meat dishes.

For this year's "Autumn Wind Nouveau" label, the design is inspired by the topography of Akiu, where winds blow from east to west.
