This wine uses Merlot grown with great care by the contracted farmer "Kirari Farm Suzuki" in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture. Its purplish ruby ​​color has a fruity aroma of black fruits such as black currant and plum, with a hint of spices such as pepper, violets, and thyme. This elegant wine has a well-balanced combination of pleasant acidity and firm tannins, as well as a lingering fruity aftertaste combined with the aroma of the oak.
