The delicious flavor of apples lovingly grown by apple farmers in Miyagi Prefecture has been captured in a bottle.
This cider is made by secondary fermentation in the bottle, making the most of the yeast's aroma and flavor.
It also has a fresh aroma like ripe plum and pineapple.
After a lively acidity, the fruity flavor and umami taste of apples spreads throughout the mouth.
It goes well with prosciutto and Camembert cheese, as well as Japanese cuisine such as sashimi topped with wasabi and chirashi sushi, as well as spicy ethnic dishes.
