Natori celery from Miura Farm, carefully cultivated using organic farming methods without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
It is a representative ingredient of Miyagi Prefecture and an essential part of the winter specialty, "seri nabe" (Japanese parsley hot pot).

Following last year's success, this year too, the chef at Akiho Winery will be using Mr. Miura's celery as the main ingredient in a special 7-course meal featuring celery.

Furthermore, there's another special treat to be had at this dinner party!
Each of the six dishes, excluding dessert, will be accompanied by a glass of wine paired with the meal.

This is a coined word that combines these two elements and forms the concept of Akiho Winery .
