This cider is made by an apple farmer in Watari Town, Miyagi Prefecture, using apples that have been allowed to fully ripen on the tree. It boasts a perfect balance of the rich aroma of ripe Fuji apples and just the right amount of acidity. It pairs exceptionally well with cheese, seafood, and spicy ethnic cuisine.
