TERROAGE TABLE 2026 Miura Farm [Natori Celery]

We will be holding our annual dinner event again this year, featuring Natori celery from Miura Farm, which is carefully grown using organic farming methods without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

A special 7-course meal featuring Japanese parsley, prepared by the chef of Akiho Winery.
For each of the six dishes (excluding dessert), we will offer a small amount of wine that is carefully selected to complement the dish.

"This wine is the best pairing for this dish."
The chef and sommelier proposes such combinations for each dish.
This guide is designed so that even those unfamiliar with wine or those who can't drink a lot can easily enjoy pairing wine with food.
