Homemade frankfurter sausages made with Oizumi pork, served with a smoky BBQ sauce.
Mayonnaise sauce, tomato ketchup, and chopped rape blossoms and other seasonal vegetables from Akiu.
The buns are specially baked for us by Golden Ratio, a popular bakery in Sendai.
