We received a bronze medal at the Japan Wine Competition 2025.
The Japan Wine Competition is for wines made from 100% domestically grown grapes and produced in Japan.
This is one of the largest domestic competitions that evaluates quality and individuality.
SAUVIGNON BLANC 2024
A refreshing aroma of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, lemon, and lime rises from the air.
Next, the delicate scents of green apples and white flowers gently spread.
We've crafted this wine in the style of a European Sauvignon Blanc.
We produced a small quantity on a trial basis in 2023, and it was officially added to our product lineup in 2024.

Sushi Wine
Made with Koshu, a grape variety unique to Japan.
This white wine is carefully fermented at low temperatures, resulting in a complex aroma reminiscent of Japanese citrus fruits such as yuzu and sudachi.
It pairs beautifully with Japanese cuisine, including sashimi and sushi.
It also won a Silver Award at the 12th Sakura Awards.
