A collaborative chocolate between Mary Chocolate and Akiu Winery will be on sale at the Sendai department store "Fujisaki"!
Akiu Winery's standard wines are two types: "RIVER WINDS BLANC 2022" and "RIVER WINDS ROSE 2022."
It's very delicious, so I highly recommend you try this chocolate.



"Riverwinds Blanc 2022 Ganache Chocolate"
A white wine made by fermenting and blending Delaware and Neo Muscat grapes harvested at different degrees of ripeness. It has the aroma of grapefruit pulp and fresh herbs, and a crisp citrus acidity. You can enjoy the exquisite harmony with the milk ganache.
　

"Riverwinds Rose 2022 Ganache Chocolate"
This rosé wine is made from Muscat Bailey A grapes, grown with great care by contracted farmers in Yamagata and Yamanashi prefectures. It is a masterpiece made with white chocolate ganache, bringing out the aroma of juicy strawberries and apples, as well as the refreshing acidity and subtle sweetness.

　

It will be on sale from February 1st.

Chocolate is not only available at Fujisaki Department Store,
Akiu Winery will also be selling a small amount, so please enjoy some chocolate and wine.
