Terroir Table Miura Farm [Natori Seri] x Akiho Winery 2026 Event Report
We held the "Terroir Table Miura Farm [Natori Seri] x Akiho Winery" event at Akiho Winery.
The star of this episode is the Japanese parsley grown by Miura Farm in Natori City.
The chef prepared the robust and fragrant Japanese parsley, nurtured by pure water and soil, creating a unique presentation for each dish, which was then savored slowly in pairing with wine.
On the day of the event, we shared stories about the food, wine, and land while listening to producer Mr. Miura himself talk about his thoughts and background on cultivation. Conversations naturally arose among everyone gathered around the same table, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We received comments such as, "It was really delicious," and "Each dish left a lasting impression," which made us appreciate the depth and versatility of the Japanese parsley (seri) as an ingredient once again.
This time, for the first time, we have truly "designed the taste of the wine."
We also experimented with pairings using wine-style non-alcoholic drinks.
This isn't just a substitute; it's a drink crafted with compatibility with the food in mind.
From those who have actually experienced it,
"Even without drinking alcohol, I feel like I'm enjoying wine, and the satisfaction level is high."
We also received comments like this.
We will incorporate this into future events and store menus as an option that allows drivers and those who don't drink alcohol to share the same experience at the same table.
Thank you very much to everyone who participated, and to Miura Farm.
I hope this experience will lead to further connections in the future.
We will announce the date of the next event as soon as it is decided.
