"THE BOTANIC 0-VIN" was born from that idea.
We designed this not merely as a substitute, but as a drink that stands alongside the meal itself.

Developed by our winery's chef, who is both a chef and a sommelier.
We combine herbs, spices, and teas, designing the aroma, aftertaste, and ideal serving temperature with food pairing in mind.

Its distinctive feature is that the flavor profiles are designed to evoke the taste of actual wines, such as a Pinot Noir-style red wine or a Sauvignon Blanc-style white wine.

By serving wine in wine glasses, you can enjoy a complete "wine experience" that includes sight, aroma, and taste.

Making terroir a place everyone can experience.

Akiho Winery operates under the concept that "the ultimate pairing lies in the place of origin."

The "Terroir" concept advocated by Representative Mori is:
"Terroir" represents the climate, topography, and human activities,
It's a coined word combining "marriage," which means the connection between food and alcohol.

The pairings to enjoy with Tohoku's food are not limited to wine,
We aim to create an environment where everyone can toast at the same table, regardless of whether they drink alcohol or not, so that they can also enjoy the experience with non-alcoholic beverages.

Based on the response we receive, we are also considering commercializing this product in bottles.
