2. Chicken Thigh, Liver, and Nut Involtini: Made with domestic young chicken thigh, chicken liver, and walnuts.
3. Oil-marinated oysters and shiitake mushrooms: Oysters from Mr. Kimura in Higashimatsushima/Tōmeihama and locally grown shiitake mushrooms.
4. Potato and Emmental cheese terrine, made with aged May Queen potatoes.
