TERROAGE TABLE
Glass Studio Sho × Akiho Winery
A beautiful evening of crafts , featuring glasswork from Sho Glass Studio and colorful vegetables from Akiu.
We will welcome glass artist Naohisa Nabeta, who is based in Akiu, for a glassmaking experience using the fusing technique. After creating a one-of-a-kind glass piece where light and color blend together, we will serve a course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients from Akiu.
Some of our dishes will be beautifully presented in glass tableware by Mr. Nabeta.
Enjoy a special evening where art and cuisine come together in harmony.
The glass pieces I will be creating are individual serving plates measuring 15cm x 15cm.
The finished artwork will be delivered to your home at a later date (shipping charges apply), or you can pick it up at Glass Studio Sho.

What is "TERROAGE TABLE"?
"Terroirage" is a combination of "terroir," which refers to the climate, topography, and human activities of a particular place, and "mariage," which refers to the matching of food and drink.
"Terroir Table" showcases the food, people, scenery, and culture of Tohoku.
This is a dinner party event where you can enjoy a meal together with the producers.
