Miura Farm's Natori celery, grown using organic farming methods without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, is an essential ingredient in the winter specialty, "seri nabe" (celery hot pot).

The chef at Akiho Winery will be serving an exquisite course meal featuring dishes made with Miura's finest celery. Please enjoy a special moment at the "Terroir Table," a dining event where you can savor the bounty of Miyagi Prefecture. The wine pairings, carefully selected to complement each dish, are a unique feature of this winery.

"Terroirage" is a combination of "terroir," which refers to the climate, topography, and human activities of a particular place, and "mariage," which refers to the matching of food and drink.
"Terroir Table" is a dining event where you can enjoy the food, people, scenery, and culture of Tohoku, together with the producers.
