Miyagi Prefecture's first privately branded edamame, "Izumi Suigyoku".
The name comes from the beautiful view of Izumigatake Mountain and the emerald-colored edamame beans that grow at its base.
These special edamame beans are filled with the farm owner's dedication and passion.
The chef from Akiho Winery will serve you an exquisite course meal.
