We are releasing Craft Valley Blend Rouge 2023.
This wine is a blend of grapes from our own vineyards in Akiu and Merlot and Yamasauvignon from contracted vineyards in Yamagata Prefecture. It has a vibrant ruby color.
Behind the aromas of blackcurrant and berries, there are hints of black pepper, herbs, and spices.
The refreshing acidity and pleasant tannins spread throughout the mouth, resulting in a well-balanced and elegant taste.
It pairs well with grilled meats, Western dishes in general, cheese, as well as Chinese food and eel, making it enjoyable with a wide range of meals.
