[Event] TERROAGE TABLE "Fleur de Sarrasin × Akiho Winery"
We will be holding a collaborative event between Fleur de Sarrasin, a galette and domestic cider specialty shop in Tokyo, and Akiho Winery.

Using "Akiho Zairai" buckwheat flour and ingredients from the Tohoku region,
Enjoy it with cider (apple wine).
Lunch is a BBQ using the authentic OFYR grill.
In the evening, we offer a pairing dinner where we serve recommended ciders and wines for each dish.
For the daytime session, we'll have guests including Yuki Fruit Orchard, which supplies apples to Akiho Winery for cider production, as well as apple farmers from Watari Town. Let's enjoy a meal while listening to stories from the producers! Children are welcome.
For the evening session, we will continue to have Yuki Fruit Farm as our guest, and while we watch videos and listen to their stories, we will serve wines and ciders that pair well with each dish.

What is "TERROAGE TABLE"?
"Terroirage" is a combination of "terroir," which refers to the climate, topography, and human activities of a particular place, and "mariage," which refers to the matching of food and drink.
"Terroir Table" showcases the food, people, scenery, and culture of Tohoku.
This is a dinner party event where you can enjoy a meal together with the producers.

Get off at Akiho Sato Center bus stop, 7-minute walk.
