We will be holding a collaborative BBQ event between Bondey Farm in Murata Town and Akiho Winery.
Vegetables grown using a natural, sustainable farming method (a farming method that aims for coexistence with weather, the environment, weeds, insects, microorganisms, etc.) without pesticides or chemical fertilizers are popular and have many fans among restaurant chefs.
Among Bondi Farm's vegetables, this special BBQ features exquisite broad beans and other seasonal beans that are only available for a limited time, along with meat and seafood from Miyagi Prefecture.
Chef Yoshida of Akiho Winery will grill the food to perfection using the authentic grill "OFYR".
OFYR is an outdoor grill that combines design and functionality, using a circular iron plate to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
Visual appeal is also part of cooking.
This BBQ offers a lively experience where you can enjoy watching the food being cooked.

Wine (by the glass or bottle) and other drinks are available for cash on delivery. Please feel free to order whatever you like.

What is "TERROAGE TABLE"?
"Terroirage" is a combination of "terroir," which refers to the climate, topography, and human activities of a particular place, and "mariage," which refers to the matching of food and drink.
"Terroir Table" showcases the food, people, scenery, and culture of Tohoku.
This is a dinner party event where you can enjoy a meal together with the producers.
