Akiho Winery Curry Week
Restaurant Terroir Akiho will be holding a curry week.
During this period, a special curry made with white wine from Akiu Winery will be added to the lunch menu.
Pork Vindaloo, a specialty curry from Goa in West India, combines the aroma of spices with the acidity of wine.
The chef's special recipe uses white wine and balsamic vinegar to add a mellow acidity and a deep, rich flavor.
The pork belly, marinated slowly, is cooked using a low-temperature vacuum method to make it tender and lock in the flavor.
It pairs wonderfully with apple cider. Please enjoy them together!
