Through collaboration within the AKIU VALLEY Council, Akiu Winery and "Mon cher trèsor" have collaborated to create "Akiu Herb Salt."

There are four types in total: meat dishes, fish dishes, vegetable dishes, and a standard type that goes well with anything.
Each has a different flavor and aroma, which enhances the taste of the ingredients.
*Except for the celery seeds, all the herbs are from Akiho and were grown by "Mon cher trèsor".
