Supporting Tohoku's food scene, connecting with producers, holding study sessions where producers and chefs gather, outdoor cooking events, collaborative events with other restaurant chefs across genres, growing vegetables in the fields, cultivating grapes, making wine—it's a fantastic environment where you can grow not only as a chef but also build connections with people, all while having fun and feeling fulfilled.
Because this winery has strong connections with producers, being able to use the finest ingredients in their dishes is a major attraction.
