"Date no Terroirge" Summer 2024 tickets go on general sale today around 7:00 PM!
The term "Terroirage" combines "terroir," which refers to the climate, topography, and human activities of a place, with "mariage," which refers to the matching of food and drink .
"Date no Terroir," a timeless culinary experience that blends the spirit and history of hospitality of Lord Date Masamune, who was particular about entertaining guests and made heartfelt hospitality his style, is making a comeback.
The hugely popular "Date no Terroirge," which had been held about six times since 2018, was unfortunately forced to be suspended due to the spread of the coronavirus infection.
However, we have decided to resume our activities thanks to a crowdfunding campaign to open a restaurant at Akiho Winery!

Those who participate wearing a yukata or kimono will receive a complimentary cider or grape juice!
Our meals feature plenty of local summer vegetables and seasonal ingredients, including cold dishes, which can be enjoyed with wine pairings. We also offer a wide selection of non-alcoholic pairings for those who prefer not to drink alcohol.
In addition, there will be performances by the Date Samurai Troupe and stories related to history, making it enjoyable not only for fans but also for history buffs and those who love delicious food and wine.
We plan to release subsequent revival items to the general public. (Release date TBD)
