Lunch Menu Update: The contents of our pasta lunch have changed.


◎Homemade pasta lunch
"Winery meatball ragout"
Homemade pasta "Tagliatelle"
This is a ragu sauce for meatballs (polpetti) made with a hybrid tomato sauce using whole tomatoes from Italy and fresh tomatoes from Miyagi Prefecture, and based on white wine from Akiho Winery.
The pork is a blend of Oizumi Tenjin pork from Tome and Saito pork (Miyagino pork) from Marumori.
The carrots used in the ragout are organically grown carrots from Akiu Otaki Natural Farm, and we use plenty of them.
You can also enjoy the texture of the steamed lotus root slices from Izunuma and leafy greens from Bondi Farm in Murata Town.

"Akiu Lemon Spaghetti"
This pasta dish features plenty of lemons from Akiu Otaki Natural Farm, known for their mild acidity and sweet juice.
This dish uses clam broth as its base, and is topped with shelled clams and locally grown spinach, with plenty of lemon juice squeezed over it. It 's generously garnished with several kinds of herbs from "Zao Herb" @zaoherb .
This product represents the rich rural landscape of southern Miyagi Prefecture.
