Restaurant "Terroir Akiho" (opening August 1st)
We are now accepting reservations for our dinner course.
Chef's special Italian cuisine, primarily using seasonal ingredients from Akiu and other parts of Miyagi Prefecture.
We will serve five glasses of wine, each perfectly paired with the dish.
Selected by a chef who is also a sommelier,
Enjoy the perfect pairing with wine.
This is a course meal unique to a winery restaurant.
For those who don't like alcohol,
You can also choose from non-alcoholic pairings supervised by a sommelier.
*For the time being, dinner service will be by reservation only and will consist of set courses.

- Cold corn soup with aged beef consommé jelly, Parisian style.
- Assortment of appetizers featuring local seafood
- Chef's special charcuterie platter
- Pasta made with seaweed from Higashimatsushima, served with a clam and edamame sauce.
- Saito Pork Ragout and Beet Risotto
- Roasted aged beef prepared by Mr. Shinbo of Sakaeya
- Classic panna cotta and honey & rosemary gelato

We also recommend staying at Nozokibashi Pension, a guesthouse located a 5-minute walk from Akiu Winery.

For bathing, guests can use the natural hot spring and open-air bath at Akiu Grand Hotel, which is a 3-minute walk from Nozokibashi Pension, free of charge.
