What is "Date no Terroirge"?
The term "Terroirage" combines "terroir," which refers to the climate, topography, and human activities of a place, with "mariage," which refers to the matching of food and drink.
"Date Terroir" is a timeless culinary experience that blends the spirit and history of hospitality of Lord Date Masamune, who was particular about entertaining guests and made heartfelt hospitality his style .

The extremely popular "Date no Terroirge," which has been held about six times since 2018,
The event was forced to be suspended due to the spread of the coronavirus infection.
