Heidi Winery, which was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, continues to move forward towards recovery.

And then there's Akiho Winery, which was born in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

We will be holding a special talk session featuring representatives from both wineries, each with their own aspirations and motivations for winemaking.

They will talk about the difficulties they faced in the disaster-stricken areas, their thoughts on reconstruction, and their passion and interest in winemaking.

Additionally, there's a "double pairing" dinner featuring three courses—an appetizer, a fish dish, and a meat dish—each paired with two different wines.

In addition to enjoying the food and drinks, a wine sale is also planned.
