秋保ワイナリーでは特にお寿司に合わせるべく、
酵母を厳選し数日間低温で『醸し発酵』を行い、ゆずやすだちのような
心地よい和柑橘の香りと甲州ぶどうの持つ旨味を抽出しました。

The Japanese wine grape "Koshu" is a wine that goes very wellwith Japanese food.At Akiu Winery,  especially  to pair with SUSHI,we carefully selected the east and fermented the wine at a low temperature for several days to extract the pleasant scent of Japanese citrus fruits such as yuzu and sudachi, and the UMAMI of Koshu grapes.
