About our wine

Brewing equipment is cleaned at high temperatures using a steam boiler, and ozonated water is used to ensure thorough hygiene control throughout the entire brewing process. In addition, we perform optimal temperature control according to the manufacturing stage with a dedicated computer-controlled chiller.
Fermentation tanks are mainly stainless steel tanks, and we use tanks of 4,000 liters, 3,000 liters, 2,000 liters, 1,000 liters, and 500 liters depending on the production volume and the type of wine.
As for bottling, we have introduced filling equipment for still wine and sparkling wine, and we also have a capping machine for corks and screw caps.
